How to reset your Cubigo password
Forgot your password or need to set a new one? This article walks you through the password reset process from start to finish. It takes just a few minutes.

Before you start
You will need access to the email address linked to your Cubigo account. The reset link is sent to that address, so make sure you can open your inbox on the device you are using.
Resetting your password
- Open the Cubigo sign in page on your computer or mobile device.
- Enter the email address linked to your account and click Next so we know your account and region
- Select Forgot password on the second sign in screen.
- Enter the email address linked to your account again and click the button "Send reset password link" to confirm your request.
- Check your inbox for an email from Cubigo containing your reset link. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
- Open the email and select the reset link. The link is valid for a limited time, so use it as soon as you receive it.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and save. You can now sign in with your new password.
Your reset link works no matter how you reached the reset page, including links shared by our support team or found through a search. You do not need to be on a specific community page to complete the reset.
Setting a password on mobile
If you are on a phone or tablet, the reset process starts directly in the app or mobile browser. Follow the same steps above. You do not need to switch to a desktop to finish.
If you do not have a personal email address on file
Some accounts are set up without a personal email address. If your account uses a dummy address that is not owned by you, the reset email cannot be delivered to you. In that case you need to contact your community staff. They can reset your password for you directly.
