1. Activate your Cubigo account
Your community will first send you a welcome invitation email to the address they have on file.
Open the email from Cubigo with your community’s name in the subject.
Click the “Let’s get started!” button.
On the page that opens, choose a password with at least 8 characters and confirm it.
Select Create account.
Your email address is now verified and your Cubigo account is active. You’ll see a confirmation page where you can choose to go directly to Cubigo.
If you can’t find the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Ask your community team to confirm the email address they used and resend the invitation.
2. Log in to Cubigo
On a computer (web browser)
Open a web browser, preferably Google Chrome.
Go to: https://community.cubigo.com.
Enter your email address and select Next.
Enter your password and select Log in.
You can choose “Keep me logged in” so you don’t have to enter your password again for a while. If you clear your browser cookies, you will have to log in again.
On a smartphone or tablet (Cubigo app)
Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Search for and install the Cubigo Community app.
Open the app.
Enter your email address → Next.
Enter your password → Log in.
3. Reset your password if you forgot it
If you don’t remember your password:
On the login screen, select “Forgot your password?”.
Confirm your email address.
Choose Send reset password link.
Open the email you received and follow the link within it to create a new password (at least 8 characters).
If you don’t receive the email or your account uses a generic/non-personal email address, ask a staff member at your community to help reset your password.
4. Change your password while you’re logged in
If you know your current password and want to change it:
In Cubigo, go to the top-right corner and select your name or photo to open your personal menu.
Select Profile.
3. In the Account section, select the pencil icon next to Password.
4. Enter your current password in the “Old password” field.
5. Enter your new password in the “New password” and “Repeat password” fields.
7. Select Save to finish updating your password.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters.
Next time you log in, you’ll use this new password. You can choose “Keep me logged in” on your personal devices, but avoid this on shared or public computers.
5. Fix common login issues
A. Stuck on the login screen / “perpetual login”
If the login page keeps reloading or you’re not getting into Cubigo:
On an iPhone or iPad

With a Home button:
Press the Home button twice.
Find the Cubigo app and swipe it up to close it.
Open the app again and log in.

Without a Home button:
Swipe up from the bottom and pause to see open apps.
Swipe the Cubigo app up to close it.
Open the app again and log in.
On a web browser (Chrome)
Try a hard refresh: press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard.
If it still fails, you may need help from a staff member or technical support to clear the site data in Chrome.
B. “Invalid username or password”
If you see an error about an incorrect email or password, check:
Are you using the same email that received your Cubigo invitation?
Did you recently change your email in your profile? If so, you must log in with the new address.
If you still can’t log in, reset your password (see section 3).
C. Account locked after too many attempts
For security, your account may be temporarily locked if there are too many incorrect login attempts. In that case, contact Cubigo Support (customersupport@cubigo.com) so they can unlock your account.
6. Manage your account details
These settings are part of your Profile.
Select your name or photo in the top-right corner.

Choose Profile.
Different tabs:
Change your email address
In your profile, go to the Account tab.
Under Settings, select the pencil icon next to Email.
Enter your new email address and select Save.
From that moment on, you log into Cubigo with this new email address and your password.
You can optionally add a second email address in the Personal tab under Email (extra) and save.
Update your phone numbers
In your profile, go to the Personal tab.
Next to Landline phone or Cell phone, select the pencil icon.
Enter or update your number and select Save.
Note: If your community uses a PointClickCare (PCC) integration, these fields may not be editable in Cubigo because they are managed from PCC.
Change your time zone
In your profile, find the Time zone field.
Select the pencil icon.
Pick your time zone from the dropdown and select Save.
Log out safely
If you are using a public or shared device, log out when you’re finished:
Open your Profile from the top-right corner.
Select Logout.
On your own personal device at home, you can stay logged in for quicker access, but logging out is always an option.
7. Who to contact for help
For login or account problems you can’t solve with these steps, ask your community staff first.
For account lock issues or platform errors, your community or staff may contact Cubigo Support on your behalf.
