1. PointClickCare (PCC) Clinical Integration
The PCC integration acts as a single source of truth for resident data, ensuring clinical accuracy across the platform. Information flows one-directionally from PCC to Cubigo.

📄 View PointClickCare (PCC) - Cubigo Field Mapping PDF - Email & Login Security: Once a resident has logged into Cubigo, their email address no longer syncs automatically with PCC to prevent accidental lockouts. Updates for active users must be performed manually in both systems.
- Clinical Data Integrity: Dietary and allergy fields are read-only in Cubigo for integrated communities to ensure medical data is managed exclusively within the system of record (PCC).
- Payment ID: Payment IDs in PCC automatically flow to Cubigo. This ensures that the Cubigo payment ID (or External ID) is updated each time this field is modified in PCC. That way, exported charges from Cubigo can automatically map to resident invoices in PCC.
2. TELS Direct Supply: Maintenance & Housekeeping
Integrating with TELS allows maintenance, housekeeping, and IT support requests to be managed through a unified workflow.
- Seamless Request Flow: Residents and staff can create requests in Cubigo, which are instantly pushed to TELS for processing.
- Status Synchronization: As staff update work orders in TELS, the status automatically reflects in Cubigo using a standard color-coding system (e.g., Blue for Requested, Yellow for In Progress, and Gray for Done).
- Billing Automation: Billing amounts automatically flow from TELS back to Cubigo, eliminating the need for manual financial entries.
- Greyed-out Actions: Because TELS is the system of record, status updates must occur in TELS; therefore, the Action column in the Cubigo back office is grayed out.
3. FullCount & Financial Integrations
Financial integrations simplify billing and payment processing for residents and administrative staff.
- FullCount Dining: Enables a single sign-on (SSO) experience for residents to order food, view past orders, and consult credit balances without a second login.
- Square Payments: Staff can take card payments through the dining POS module of the iOS Staff app. Residents can also pay open charges with a card at the front desk via the profile Charges tab.
- GoCardless: Resident charges can be pushed automatically for direct debit processing. Residents receive a notification three days before processing to allow for any necessary corrections.
4. Digital Signage, YouTube & Zoom
Media integrations extend community engagement onto public displays and individual devices.
- Apple TV Signage: Content like activities, menus, news, and weather info is pulled from the Cubigo platform to display on branded TV interfaces.
- YouTube Integration: Staff can share community content or live streams (such as Town Halls or fitness sessions) directly to the in-house TV channel.
- Virtual Zoom Activities: Programming directors can mark activities as "Virtual" to automatically generate a Zoom meeting, allowing residents to attend from their personal devices.
- PowerBI Reporting: Cubigo integrates with PowerBI to model data and explore visualizations for cross-community management reporting.
