With the Maintenance cube, you can request maintenance to be carried out in your apartment or any other place in your community.
On your Cubigo Homepage, begin by clicking or tapping on the Maintenance cube.
The cube opens and you see an overview of this service as follows:
Place a maintenance request by clicking or tapping on the [Place request] button.
Please fill out the maintenance form with following details regarding your request:
Details
Location
Here, we select the location where the maintenance needs to be carried out. The default location is your apartment. Click or tap on Choose from list to see a drop-down menu of locations. If you select the location option as Other, please specify the location in the comment box at the bottom. The Other option can be used if you would like to mention a maintenance request outside of your apartment (e.g., community hallway, laundry room, parking lot, etc.).
If you request maintenance for your own apartment, you can select the option to allow a technician to enter your apartment, even when you are not home. It is likely the issue can be resolved more quickly when you select this option.
Room
If you request maintenance for your own apartment, we also ask you to specify the room where you want the maintenance to take place. Click or tap on Choose from list to see a drop-down menu of rooms. If the room is not in this list, you may select Other as an option. If you select the room option as Other, please specify the room in the comment.
Type of Issue
This field allows you to select the most common types of issues for the maintenance team. If your maintenance issue is not in this list, you may select the option Other. If you select Other, please specify the type of issue in the comment box.
Comment
Sometimes it is necessary to include additional details about the maintenance request. This will help staff to better understand the issue and help them to solve the issue more quickly and efficiently. This is a free text box with no limit on the number of characters you can enter.
Confirm Request
Once you have filled out all the necessary information, you need to confirm the request by clicking or tapping on the [Request] button at the bottom. Only then will this information be stored and the maintenance staff will be notified of your request.
Notification
After placing the maintenance request, we will take you back to the previous view and a message will appear at the bottom-right corner to confirm the request:
The responsible staff member will also be notified and will reach out to you if there are any questions or to confirm a time and date for the maintenance request to be carried out.
