- The Menu Icon: By pressing this menu icon, you will open the back-office panel.

- User Management: Administrators can manage community accounts and access user profiles.
- Service Management: You can manage the services your community offers to residents.
- Request Processing: Staff can manage and process service requests.
- Communication: You can communicate with and inform residents about available services.
3. Understanding User Roles & Care Types
Cubigo features a diverse range of user roles. Your assigned role and its associated rights determine what you can see in the menu.
What does IL, AL, MC, and SN mean?
Residents are distinguished in communities by 4 types of care:
- IL: Independent Living [cite: 23]
- AL: Assisted Living [cite: 24]
- SN: Skilled Nursing [cite: 25]
- MC: Memory Care [cite: 26]
