The Transportation section is where you can request rides organized by your community, such as appointments, errands, or group trips.
From the Cubigo home screen, select the Transportation cube.
You will usually see two main options:
- Place request – to request a new ride
- Your requests – to view rides you already requested
2. Request a ride
To request transportation, click on Place request.
A request form will guide you step by step. Depending on your community, you may be asked to:
- Select the destination
- Choose a date and time
- Add notes or special instructions
Review the details carefully before submitting your request.
Once submitted, your request is sent to the community team for confirmation.

If you are using a tablet, the steps are the same, but the layout may look slightly different.

To see your upcoming or past rides, open the Transportation cube and select Your requests.
Here you can check:

If your plans change and your community allows cancellations, you may be able to cancel a transportation request.
To cancel a request:
- Open Your requests
- Select the request you want to cancel
- Choose Cancel, if available
Some communities limit how close to the trip time cancellations are allowed.

Some communities offer group rides for shared trips such as outings or events.
If group rides are available, you can sign up by selecting the group ride from the Transportation section and following the instructions.
Availability and rules for group rides depend on your community.
