Activities: Find, Sign Up, and Manage Your Schedule

This article helps you:

• View activities offered by your community

• Sign up for activities or join a waitlist

• See which activities you are signed up for

• Change your participation or unsubscribe

1. Open the Activities cube

The Activities section shows all events, classes, and activities organized by your community.

From the Cubigo home screen:

• Select the Activities cube

2. View available activities

In the Activities section, you can:

• See all upcoming activities

• Switch between day, week and month views

• 

• View activity details like time, location, and description

Some activities:

• Allow sign-up

• Show Interested instead of Sign up

• May be full and offer a waitlist

3. Sign up for an activity

To sign up for an activity:

1. Open the activity you want to attend

2. Select Sign me up, Interested, or Join waitlist

3. If the activity repeats, choose:

   • Just this occurrence

   • Or all future occurrences 

Once confirmed, your status is saved.

Some activities may require approval or may be limited to a certain number of participants.

On a tablet

The steps are the same, but the layout may look slightly different.

4. See which activities you joined

You can always check which activities you are signed up for.

You may see them:

• On your home screen schedule

• In the Activities section under Your activities

This overview helps you:

• Confirm upcoming activities

• See dates and times

• Check your participation status

On a tablet

The overview is available there as well.

5. Change or cancel your participation/attendance

If your plans change, you can update your participation.

To unsubscribe:

1. Open the activity

2. Select Unsubscribe or Remove participation

3. If it is a recurring activity, choose:

   • Only this activity

   • Or all future activities

Your status will update immediately.

Some activities may not allow last-minute cancellations. If you cannot unsubscribe, contact community staff.

6. Who to contact for help

Contact your community staff if you need help with:

• Signing up for activities

• Understanding participation rules

• Unsubscribing or waitlists
