Welcome to Cubigo! This guide will help you navigate your personal menu, update your profile picture and preferences, check your personal schedule, and find help if you need it.
What is in this article?
Opening Your Personal Menu
Your personal menu is the "control center" for your account. From here, you can update your settings or log out.
Option A: On your Web Browser
1. Look for your Profile Picture (or a generic circular icon) in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Tap the picture. A menu will slide open on the right side.
3. You will see your options here (Profile, Schedule, Help, Logout).
Option B: On an iPhone or iPad (iOS)
Look at the navigation bar at the very bottom of your screen.
Tap the icon with 3 horizontal dots labeled More.

A window will open with your options:
My Profile: Change your settings.
Charges: View your account charges.
Help: Contact support.
System Info: Technical details about the app.

Log out: Sign out of the app.
Managing Your Profile
To view or change your information, open your personal menu and tap Profile.
1. Changing Your Information To edit information (like your phone number or bio), look for the Pencil Icon next to the text.
Tap the Pencil Icon.
Type in your changes.
Tap Save.
Note on Locked Information: If you cannot edit a specific field, it means your community manages that data directly (through a system called PointClickCare). Please ask a staff member if that information needs to be updated.
2. Setting Your Preferences Tell the staff what you enjoy! In the Preferences section, you can select your interests.
Tap Add interest to choose hobbies from a list.
This helps Cubigo automatically suggest activities you might like.
3. Privacy Settings You control what other residents see in the Community Directory.
Go to the Privacy section.
To hide everything: Select [My profile is hidden] from the dropdown list.

To hide specific items (like your phone number): Tap the pencil icon next to that item and select [Hidden].
Viewing Your Schedule
Keep track of your day easily.
Open your personal menu (tap your photo in the top right).
Tap Schedule.

This will show you a calendar view of all the activities you have signed up for and any dining orders you have placed for the coming days.
How to Get Help
Learning a new digital tool takes time. If you get stuck, we are here to support you.
1. Ask Someone in Your Community Your community staff are experts in Cubigo!
Look for Cubigo Chat or training sessions on the community calendar.
If you have a question specific to your building (like dining hours), please ask a staff member directly.
2. Use the "Help" Button in the App You can find answers directly inside Cubigo:
Tap your Profile Picture (top right).
Tap Help in the menu list.
Tap Help Center (at the bottom of the screen). Here, you can read guides on how to use different services.
3. Contact Support If you cannot find the answer, you can email our support team directly at: customersupport@cubigo.com
A Note for Family Members: For security reasons, Cubigo cannot connect you to a loved one's account directly. You must get permission from a community team member to be connected.
