1. Open the Dining section
The Dining section is where you can see meals offered by your community and place orders.
From the Cubigo home screen:

Select the Dining cube
What you see may vary depending on your community’s dining setup.
2. View today’s menu
In the Dining section, you can:
See the meals available today
View meal names and descriptions
Some communities show menus by:
Day
Meal service (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Take your time to review the options before ordering (if meal ordering is activated at your community).
3. Order a meal
You can order a meal directly from the Dining section if this service is activated at your community.
General steps:
Click on "Place request" on the Dining landing page

Select the meal you want
Review the details
Select the right handling method & preferred time
Confirm your order
Once your order is placed:
It is sent to your community’s dining team
You may see a confirmation message
Ordering a meal does not automatically reserve a table.
Table reservations are handled separately.
4. Check your credits, meals, or charges
Some communities use meal credits or meal balances.
To check your credits:
Open your profile and navigate to the "Membership" or "Charges" tabs
Review how many meals or credits you have left
Review your charges
Understanding your charges:
The Charges tab is your go-to place to see what you may owe and what you've already paid. Here is a simple guide to what each status means:
Pending: This is a "placeholder." It means a request (like a maintenance repair or a dining request) has been made but staff haven't marked the request as "done" yet.
Unpaid: The request is done! The charge is now official and is waiting to be added to your next monthly statement.
Processed: This charge has been exported by your Business Office Manager. You should see it on your next regular billing cycle.

Paid: You're all set! This charge was covered by a credit card or your "wallet" (such as dining dollars).
If you are unsure how credits, meals, or charges work in your community:
Ask a staff member for clarification
5. Review your orders
You can review a meal you have already ordered on the homepage of Cubigo:
Or by going to the "Dining cube" and clicking on "Your requests" for an overview of all orders:
In your orders overview, you may see:
Upcoming orders
Past orders
The status of each order
This helps you confirm:
What you ordered
When it was ordered
Whether it has already been processed
6. Cancel an ordered meal
If your community allows cancellations, you may be able to cancel a meal before it is prepared.
To cancel an order:
Click on the Dining Cube
2. Select Your requests
3. Select the order you want to cancel
4. Choose Cancel, if available
If cancellation is no longer possible:
Contact your community staff for assistance
7. Want to eat in the restaurant?
If you want to sit in the restaurant, you may need to reserve a table.
Ordering a meal and reserving a table are two different actions.
