Deactivate individual credit packages

Credit packages can be created and assigned to residents.

Whenever a resident moves out, it is advised to deactivate the wallet to keep the wallet tab clean and without any unused wallets.

• A credit package contains a configurable amount of credits that will be loaded in the resident wallet each month.

To deactivate the credit packages, navigate to Wallet > Requests in the back office panel:

Search for the user and click on Choose > Deactivate

The end date will be set on the last day of the cycle.

Deactivate Shared packages

To deactivate a shared credit package, navigate to Wallet > Settings in the back office panel:

On top of your screen, click on "Shared Wallets"

Search for the shared wallet that you want to deactivate and click on Choose > Remove.

Now go back to Wallet > Requests to manually deactivate one of both users' wallets.

By doing so, both users will get their wallet deactivated because it is still linked to same shared wallet that runs until the end of the cycle.
