To reactivate an inactive user profile in Cubigo, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to User Tab
In the back-office navigation menu on the left, click on User Management. Depending on the user's role, select one of the following tabs:
- Contacts
- Residents
- Team Members
Clear Filters
Click the Clear All Filters icon (trash can) at the top of the user grid, next to the [Filters] button.
View Active and Inactive Users
After clearing the filters, the grid will display both Active and Inactive user profiles.
Search for the User
Use the search field at the top of the grid/list to enter the user's Name, Email, or Phone Number. Cubigo will automatically filter and display matching results.
Locate the User
Find the user in the search results. In the Status column, their current status will show as Inactive.
Activate the User
In the Action column (last column on the right), click the drop-down menu and select Activate. This will change the user's status.
Confirm the Change
A Status Change message will appear in the bottom-right corner confirming the update.
Verify the Update
Check the Status column in the grid to confirm the user's profile now shows as Active.
Note: As an option, you can also search for an inactive user by following the steps below:
1. At the top of the user grid/list, click on the Clear All Filters icon (trash can icon).
2. Click on the [Filters] button
3. Filter by All Roles, All Emails, and/or All Statuses.
