Steps on submitting a concierge request on behalf of a resident.
1. Navigate to the back office under the concierge tab to "Requests"
2. In the top right corner select "Add Request"
3. You can search for the resident either by name or apartment number.
4. Select the category of the request, once selected this will open a drop-down for the type of service based on the category selected.
5. Complete the request by filling out the details given by the resident. To submit the request select "Choose" at the bottom of the page. You can select the following:

Save & Exit

Which saves the request and exits to the grid.

Save & New

Which saves the request and loads a new blank request form, but keeps the selected requester.

Save & Start payment

Using this option will save the request and initiate the Square payment flow.

If multiple requests were created for the same user with the Save & New option, all these requests are presented for payment.

6. Once the request has been submitted, the resident will be able to view the request under "Your Request". The resident will also be able to view who submitted the request on their behalf.
