Concierge | How to follow up on a request

Below you will find the steps on how to follow up on a request. 

1. You can follow up with your request by going into the Concierge Cube and selecting "Your Request" 

2. Under "Your request" you can view past, present, and feature requests, as well as the status of your request.

4. By selecting a request you can review the request as well as communicate with the concierge team regarding your request.
