Wallet | How to manage resident's credits

How to assign a package:

1. Start by expanding the back-office options by pressing the three lines on the top left of your menu bar. Select Wallet then Request.

In this overview, you can review all residents who have or don't have credits yet.

Use filters to find residents with or without credits: 

• When selecting All users, we show all users that have a wallet, with or without a subscription to a package.
• When selecting Users without active package, we will show all users that currently do not have an active package

2. Select Assign package.

3. Search for the resident you are wanting to assign a package to on the left side, then choose what package the resident is requesting, as well as the month the package will begin.
   1. NOTE: The package will start the following day after the request unless the “Assign credits now” box is selected.
      • You can add a custom start date when assigning a wallet to a user. The date can be in the past, until the start of the current cycle, and in the future, without limits.

How to create a new package:

1. expand the back-office select settings under wallet, then Add Package

2. Enter the name of the package (ex: IL resident, gold, silver ext.) as well as the amount given in the package. *Cubigo will already have the repeated amount custom to your community*

How to view wallet credit:

1. There is a Wallet tab located in the resident profile where you can view current credits and the expiration of the credits.

You also have the option to Adjust the amount of credits in this overview by clicking on the Adjust amount button. 

2. You are also able to view the number of credits left on the receipt after residents have paid for their meal
