Membership & Wallet
If the Membership or Wallet features are enabled for your community, you will have the ability to pay for items using your available credits or meals, depending on what's available to you. You can easily access this information through the user side pane by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will give you a quick view of your current balance.
Accessing Your Wallet
- Clicking on your balance will redirect you to the My Membership tab within your profile, where you can find more about your remaining credits, meals, your renewal date, and transaction history.
Consulting Your Membership or Wallet Plans
To view your plans and check how many credits or meals are left, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your profile.
- Once inside the profile tab, click on My Membership to view the following details:
- Current Balance: The amount of credits or meals remaining in your account.
- Expiration Date: The expiration date for your credits or meals.
Transaction History Overview
You can also view a comprehensive overview of your transaction history, including:
- Expenses and Loading Actions: All transactions related to spending or loading credits or meals, including:
- Date of Transaction
- User Who Spent the Credits (especially important for shared wallets)
Remaining Credits/Meals
- After paying for a meal or other items, you can view the remaining credits or meals left on your account.
