Team member accounts can access service reports and dashboards directly from the navigation menu. If you want to consult the information about any service, first open the Administrator's overview in the sidebar and then go to Service (e.g. Transportation) → Metrics.
Metrics are available for the following services: Transportation, Maintenance, Housekeeping, IT Support, Table Reservations, Suggestions, and Contact.
Total requests
This dashboard shows the number of requests per selected date range. You can choose between the Month and Week view in the top right corner.
Requests per status
This dashboard shows the number (and percentage) of requests based on their status.
Requests per request type (not applied for Table Reservations)
This dashboard shows the number (and percentage) of requests based on the request type.
Requests per role
This dashboard shows how many requests were made by staff and residents.
