Request Data - Insights
Please note that the Insights request data (e.g., maintenance requests) is based on the number of requests created during the applied date range and not the number of requests scheduled during the applied date range.
The request data within the individual cube back office metrics sections will show the number of requests scheduled for the applied date range which may differ from the number of requests created during that period.
Activities Metrics - Explained
- Activities created: the number of activity creation actions in the specified interval. Creating a repeating activity only counts as 1, no matter how often it might repeat in the interval.
- Activity occurrences: the number of times an activity occurred in the specified interval. Activities that repeat count as 1 for every time they repeat in the interval.
- Attendance tracking: the number of times an activity occurred in the specified interval that had its attendance tracked. Activities that repeat count as 1 for every time they repeat in the interval if that occurrence had its attendance tracked. The number of attendees does not matter for this measure.
- Activity Subscriptions: the number of activity occurrence subscriptions. 1 person subscribing to 1 occurrence of a repeating activity counts as 1. If a resident makes a repeating subscription to an activity, it counts as 1 for every occurrence of that activity in the specified interval. There is no distinguishing between varying levels of subscription (going, interested, ...).
