If a visitor at the visit kiosk failed their screening question, you as a staff member with access to the back-office (of the visit cube) can still let this visitor in by approving the visit request.
For your info, the visitor will see the following screen on the visit iPad:
Follow the steps below to still approve the access to the visitor in the community:
- You will see that the visit has the tag 'refused' - click on that request
2. Click on the pencil icon
3. Click on 'Screening OK' then on 'sign-in' and finally on 'submit'
4. The status of the request will now change to 'signed-in'
