Visit App | Camera access required when setting up the Visit Ipad

You need to provide camera access when setting up the Visit Ipad. If not you will get an error screen.

How to do this? Follow these steps: 

Settings > Applications > Cubigo Visit > Grant camera access

  • Open the Settings app on the iPad 

  • Scroll down until you see the “Cubigo Visit” app on the left-hand side

  • Click on it

Verify that access to “Camera" is enabled  (if you have the option “Local network” as well, please enable that as well, if you don't have that, that is fine as well)
