Issue:
You're trying to log in with the correct credentials but you receive an error.
Solution:
Step 1:
Check if the user account is still active:
- User Management
- Search for profile (Resident, Team Member or Contact)
- Verify if the user is active
Step 2:
- WEB: click on “Not your email” to return to the first page of the login process
- iOS: restart the app to restart the sign-in process from the first page
If the application is in Single App Mode, please follow the steps below:
- Press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button simultaneously.
- Continue holding both buttons until the device shuts off and begins to restart.
- Let go when you see the silver Apple logo. It may take a while for the device to load from the Apple logo to the main screen.
