Yes, this is possible.
The person assigned as responsible is expected to be the responsible for this customer for the particular request.
Are you not the right person as responsible? You can assign another colleague as responsible for this request via the action button ' Assign responsible' at the request level.
Do you wish to assign a colleague as responsible for all requests of this topic ?
Go to the BO panel Pipeline Requests/Settings
Here you can assign another person as responsible per theme within your residency, via the action button ' Reassign'.
You can also set up an FYI mailbox on which an email will be sent whenever a new request for this theme is made.
