Many applications come in via the network of B2B contacts or referrers, such as general practitioners, social services, hospitals, OCMW, or others.
From CLM's point of view, it is crucial to create a unique profile for these contacts as well and to build up information about their relationship with clients, residences, and departments.
Therefore each application contains a detailed step in which you can leave the information about the referrer. The referrer can be the contact person (applicant) or another external person.
You can use the search field to check whether this referrer is already known in your organization. If so, select this profile. If not, you can still create a profile with mandatory fields in order to identify the referrer in the future.
