Is the request registration complete and successful ? This is the most important step to achieve good customer satisfaction and smooth customer journey: capturing all crucial information in terms of contact information and care needs. Now the real work can begin 😊
Check 1: Set up the right email inbox for your residency
For each new request registered for your residency, you can have a notification (FYI message) sent to a group inbox to be followed up by your team.
In this way, your team will be informed immediately for each new request. If the relationship manager is absent, this way colleagues are informed and the necessary follow-up tasks can be scheduled.
Check 2: Assign a responsible for each type of offer in your residence?
Check via Pipeline/Settings whether a responsible is assigned for each offer.
If not or not correctly, you can easily adjust this via the Assign action button.
Then type his/her name to assign the corresponding account as responsible for this offer.
Check 3: Does the request have a responsible?
Consult the request in the list and check in the column whether the prospect already has a responsible assigned.
If no responsible is indicated, you can assign one via the action button on the right ' Assign responsible'.
Check 4: Has a first task been created to complete this request?
Consult the request in the list and check in the column whether one or more tasks have already been created to follow up this request.
If not, create the first task and assign it to the colleague expert for this type of request.
How?
Click on the request line and navigate to the Tasks tab, here prepare the first task for this request via 'Add task'.
Then fill in all required fields for this task, assign the task to a task performer (an expert for this type of service/product) and enter a date as a due date to perform this task.
Provide additional information via the note field or attachment. Your fellow task performer can access the detail information of the task as well as the detail information of the request. He/she can also consult who prepared this task for him/her. However, try to include all useful and crucial information from the start.
