To ensure the quality of customer data, it is extremely important that you first look up whether a person is already known in your organization before you create a new profile for them. Your organization strives for unique customer profiles according to all departments, regions.
You start from BO Pipeline/ Requests, Register a request
Next, you can look up whether the person is already known in your organization: enter a few letters of the first name or family name in the search field. Cubigo will give you a list of matching results and will display the specific contact information for each of the matching results: name, type of account in Cubigo, e-mail, place of residence. You can thus select exactly who you are looking for.
This search function works throughout your entire corporate organization corresponding to all different departments, regions, and residences.
If multiple results are available, click open the list at the bottom ( + x Results) and select the correct person by clicking on the name.
If the person does not exist yet, click on 'New User' to create a new profile for this person.
If you have a profile as an administrator, you can also search in User Management if the person already exists. To register a request you always have to work from within CLM Pipeline.
