We distinguish 2 situations for this:
Situation 1: You are working on the first, primary request and you identify during the conversation that the customer can be helped with a certain service, product, or accommodation.
In this case, you complete all the mandatory fields in the first application form (this will be kept as the primary) and then click on the other service or product in the left-hand column. You now proceed to enter the crucial, relevant information for this as well.
As a final step, you can complete the information of the referrer if you wish.
Situation 2: You are in contact with a person and have learned that he/she has already made an application to your organization.
Depart from BO panel Applications and start a new application via ' Register Application' at the top right of the list.
Type the first letters of the name and select his/her profile: The profile of this person will open with the list of existing requests for this person at the bottom.
You can use the brush icon to modify/update certain information in the profile.
In the information below you can read which applications have already been registered for him/her. You can view this according to the organization and all its services. This way you will have a better view on the care needs of this person. Click somewhere on the horizontal line to view detailed information about a previous request.
Then click on ' Register request' to enter the new request.
You then choose who this application applies to:
You have now selected the correct person to register an additional request.
Next, you will come to the 2nd step of the process to register the request itself. Here, choose from the main topics as shown in the left column and click on the specific topic. You can now complete all the details for these applications by filling in at least all the required fields (colored).
The tab ' Theme' turns green if all mandatory fields are filled in. You can now fill in any information about the referral as a final step and then save the request.
This request will now appear in the Request list. Use the search field to retrieve all requests for this person.
If you click on your customer's name from a request line, you will again find a list of all requests for them at the bottom of the screen.
