As an employee for CLM, administrator, or collaborator you can register all kinds of requests for your customers, related to all the services and products your organization offers.
As the 1st step in this process, you will register all contact information regarding the applicant (contact person) and/or prospect (future customer).
This is indicated as the 1st step in the wizard at the top of the page.
In the 2nd step, you register all the information regarding the request for either residential accommodation (Infrastructure), Services, or Products.
Under each of these themes, you will find the specific offer for your organization: you can open/close the themes via the arrow.
Then choose the type of stay, service, or product that your contact is looking for and you can help the customer with.
Click on one of the types in the left column and a specific request form will open with all the relevant information for this type of request.
Per the request form, some fields are indicated as mandatory with color and the display of *: you should at least fill in all these mandatory fields. This information is crucial in order to process the application properly. The fields in the upper part of the form are also used as search criteria for the Waitlist module, so please fill in as accurate as possible. You can select multiple options for the room type.
Application for Infrastructure (stay):
Regardless of the type of stay, you can indicate at the top, if your client has a preference for a particular residence. (You can also fill in this information later)
Next, each type of residence has a specific form because other information is relevant, in order to follow up the request quickly and properly.
If you notice during the interview that there is also a need/interest in another type of service (e.g. Family Care) or a product, first complete the current application and then click on that type of service or product in the left-hand column.
Again, a specific request form will open for this - with specific questions - at the bottom of the already filled-out request form.
Each of these requests will be listed separately in the overview of the Requests because each request requires a specific follow-up with follow-up tasks. All different requests are linked to the same contact person or customer: see the details in the Requests table.
Tip!
Complete your application by also filling out the information about the referrer first if any.
Choose 'Save' when you have filled in all the information about the different applications. Once you choose to save, this application will be written away in the list of Applications.
Request for Services
At the top of the page, click on the 2nd step in the request process, which is Theme.
Next, select the type of service your client is looking for or that you can help them with.
Next, each type of Service has a specific form as other information is relevant, to follow up the request quickly and properly.
If you notice during the conversation that there is also a need/interest in another type of service (e.g. Infrastructure) or a product, first complete the current request and then click additionally on that type of service or product in the left-hand column.
Again a specific application form will open for this - with specific questions - at the bottom of the already completed application form.

Attention!
If you want to place a product order for this person via the link to OrthoShop, please make sure that this person is known to your organization as a customer. As an employee, you can only place product orders for customers.
How to do this?
To do this, go to User Management and search for this person under Contacts. Open his/her profile and change the role of this person from 'prospect' to '@home customer' or 'resident'.
If you do not have access to the User Manager, ask your administrator to change the profile of this person.
