You have 2 options to register a question/complaint/idea coming from an external community member:
1/ start via your homescreen where you click on the link 'Add request' in the Contact cube;
2/ start via backoffice Contact cube and click on Questions
In the questions list we display an overview of all these requests in your community. At the top right you can find the [+ Add question] button:
For both scenarios we display a contact form where you can first select the external members from a list. The residents can't be selected in this list. A search field helps you to find a name quickly.
After selecting the requestor you can fulfill the contact form for a specific category of question with all relevant information for this request. This form contains the following elements:
This field allows you to select the specific type of contact. Is it a family related questoin, a billing related question, a complaint or a suggestion ? These parameters can be installed per community. Please select the contact type in the list.
Further on you can describe your complete question.
Once you have filled out all the necessary information you need to confirm the request by pressing this button. Only then will this information be stored.
