To edit an IT support request first open the backoffice menu in the side bar and go to IT Support.
By clicking on Requests, we display an overview of all the IT support requests. You can edit the status of a request directly from this list with the action button on the right-most column. Each line represents a ticket.
By clicking on the ticket, the ticket detail opens and you can see all the details of the request. Select the detail you want to edit in this ticket, being the status, the due date or even the priority. Herefore you must select the pencil next to one of the ticket details. In the right part of this ticket you can write relevant comment/information which will be available for the resident also when he/she opens his request.
The resident will be informed about status changes and comments your enter into this ticket. So he/she can follow up on the status.
