Open the Housekeeping cube and then press the blue button [Your requests].
A chronologic overview appears of all your IT Support requests.
Do you want to cancel a request? Click on the request ticket (somewhere on the line) to open the request.
You can cancel a request by clicking the [Cancel] button in the right corner on top.
Note: if your request is confirmed, you will need to reach out to your transportation or front desk team to cancel it.
