With the Housekeeping cube, residents can request housekeeping services for their home.
As a staff user, you can manage the status of these requests via the back office panel. Here, you can also update the general information related to this service.
To manage housekeeping requests, select Housekeeping and then Requests from the back office panel.
- The colored dots indicate unhandled requests.
- The number shows how many new requests are logged.
Managing Housekeeping Requests:
- To manage requests, select Housekeeping > Requests from the back office panel.

Managing Information Pages:
- Use the Information tab to manage the pages residents see when they open the Housekeeping cube.
- Select Information from the sidebar to access and update these pages.
