Housekeeping | Overview of the administrator's interface

With the Housekeeping cube residents can request housekeeping to be carried out in their apartment.

As administrator or service staff you can manage the status of these requests via the back office menu (left part). Here you can also manage the general information about this particular service. 

To manage the housekeeping requests, select [Requests] from the sidebar.

The colored dots indicate if there are unhandled requests. The number indicates how many new requests are logged.

Via the tab Information you can manage the information pages that your residents see when they open the Housekeeping cube. Herefore select [Information] from the sidebar.
