With the Contact cube external community members as family, prospects and visitors can reach out directly to community staff. It's a communication channel for external users to question, inform, complain, suggest ... related to community things.
As administrator or service staff you can manage these requests via the back office menu ( left part). Here you can also manage the general information about this particular Contact cube.
To manage the contact requests, select [Questions] from the sidebar.
The coloured dots indicate if there are unhandled questions. The number indicate how many new requests are logged.
Via the tab Information you can manage the information pages that external visitors see when they open this Contact cube. Herefor select [Information] from the sidebar.
