With the Contact cube external community members as family, prospects and visitors can reach out the community staff for questions, suggestions, complaints or other.
Begin by opening the Contact cube by clicking or tapping on the icon. The cube opens and you see an overview of this service as follows:
You can enter a contact request by pressing the button [Ask a question]:
You can fill out the contact form starting with the selection of the reason for contact ( question, suggestion, complaint, .... ) :
Describe your complete question in the text field.
Once you have filled out your complete question you need to confirm the request by pressing this button. The community staff will receive your questions identifying you as requestor.
After placing the request we will take you back to the previous view and a message will appear at the bottom-right corner to confirm the request:
There's an Overview button in the Contact cube. Click on the blue button to see all your previous contact requests to the community. Click on one of these to read the question details and status.
You'll get informed via notifications if staff communicates with you via comments. You won't be informed about the internal processing of your question.
