With the Contact cube, external community members such as family, prospects, and visitors can reach out the community staff for questions, suggestions, complaints, or other topics.
To begin, go to your Cubigo Homepage, then click or tap on the Contact cube.
After the cube opens, you will see general information about this service.
You can enter a Contact request by clicking or tapping on the [Ask a question] button.
After the Contact form opens, begin by selecting the Type of reason for contacting the community's staff (question, suggestion, complaint, or other topic).
Click or tap on the Type drop-down menu to see a list of options, then select your question type.
In the text box, enter your question, suggestion, complaint, or other topic in its entirety. Include your contact information if necessary.
Confirm Contact Request
Once you have entered your question, suggestion, complaint, or other topic in its entirety, you need to confirm the request by clicking or tapping on the [Submit] button at the bottom. The community's staff will receive your question, suggestion, complaint, or other topic identifying you as the submitter.
Notification
After placing the contact request, you will be returned to your Cubigo Homepage and a message will appear in the bottom-right corner confirming the contact request.
Follow up
To view a history of questions, suggestions, complaints, or other topics you have submitted in the past, click on the [View Questions] button on the Contact information page. Click on one of your contact submissions to read the details and status.
If a staff member communicates with you via comments, you will be informed via notifications. You will not be informed about the internal processing of your contact submission.
