With the IT Support cube, residents can request IT support for their devices and/or network in their homes.
As a staff user, you can manage the status of these requests through the back office panel. You can also update the general information related to this service.
Managing IT Support Requests:
- To manage requests, select IT Support > Requests from the back office panel.
- Colored dots indicate unhandled requests.
- The number next to the dots shows how many new requests are logged.
Managing Information Pages:
- Use the Information tab to manage the pages residents see when they open the IT Support cube.
- Select Information from the sidebar to access and update these pages.
