With the IT Support cube residents can request IT support to be carried out in their apartment to their devices and/or network.
As administrator or service staff you can manage the status of these requests via the back office menu ( left part). Here you can also manage the general information about this particular service.
To manage the IT Support requests, select [Requests] from the sidebar.
The coloured dots indicate if there are unhandled requests. The number indicate how many new requests are logged.
Via the tab Information you can manage the information pages that your residents see when they open the IT Support cube. Herefor select [Information] from the sidebar.
