To edit a maintenance request first open the back-office menu in the sidebar and go to Housekeeping.
By clicking on Request, we display an overview of all the housekeeping requests. You can edit the status of a request directly from this list with the action button on the right-most column. Each line represents a housekeeping ticket.
By clicking on the ticket, the ticket opens and you can see all the details of the request. Select the detail you want to edit in this ticket, being the status, the due date or even the priority. Herefore you must select the pencil next to one of the ticket details. In the right part of this ticket, you can write relevant comments/information which will be available for the resident also when he/she opens his request.
The resident will be informed about status changes and comments on your entry into this ticket. So he/she can follow up on the status.
