You'll find access to Chats on your personal Homepage in the upper colored bar.
Via chats, you can communicate with other individuals who also use the Cubigo platform in your community (please note that users who have not logged in to Cubigo in the past will not appear in your list of individuals to chat with).
Click on [New chat] and choose the appropriate person to start a conversation.
Click on [Send] to send your message.
Click on the trash can icon to delete the chat.
As a team member, you can choose between creating a 1-on-1 chat or a group chat.
Residents can only initiate 1-on-1 chats.
When you receive a new chat, you will receive a notification informing you of the new chat so that you can follow up.
As a team member who is also a member of multiple communities, you will be given an overview of the number of unread chats within each relevant community from the community switcher view, as pictured below. From there, you can navigate to the appropriate community and follow up on the chats directly.
