A POS ticket contains two time indicators:
- The time at the top of the POS ticket is the time when the residents were seated at the table
- The time at the bottom of the POS ticket is the time this specific order was created
The time is not the time of the iPad, but the time on the Cubigo server, converted to the timezone of the user who created the request (Dining staff)
If the time is off:
- A few minutes - then the time of the iPad/clock might be wrong, we always use the server time
- One or more full hours - then the timezone of the user who created the ticket (the dining team member) might be wrong - check and correct his timezone in user management
