This is an integration between Cubigo platform and the webshop Orthoshop for Korian Belgium. Through this, you as an employee can order a product in the external Orthoshop for one of your residents/clients.
As an employee, you can help your customers (residents or @home customers) from Cubigo to place a product order in the Webshop (Orthoshop). All relevant information about this customer (as available in Cubigo customer profile) goes directly through Cubigo to the Webshop; you no longer need to enter administrative information such as name, address, phone number, etc. You then select the product for the customer in the webshop using the categories or the product search function. The payment is handled according to the agreements with Orthoshop: this can be done via the monthly billing to this resident in the residence, or payment via invoice or electronically in the webshop.
The order information is fed back from the webshop to Cubigo and will be available in the specific Statistics for Webshop. There is always full tracking of who made which purchase for which customer at which time and for which amount.
How can you do this?
As an administrator or employee in a residence, you can place an order via the back office panel on the left. Start here in the CLM Webshop / Purchases service.
As an OTV Homecare employee, you can place an order via Webshop on your home screen. Start here via the + sign in the Webshop service or go via ' Register an order' and choose the Webshop service here.
In case you have access to multiple residences, use the community switcher at the top of the left bar to search for the name of the residence.
Next, select the customer for whom you wish to make a purchase from the list. You search for this customer in the appropriate residence.
Cubigo passes the information of this customer to the Webshop. It is therefore important that the mandatory profile fields for your customer/resident are filled in correctly. For this reason, first check the following information in the customer's profile via User Management on the Personal tab: name, address and telephone. If the customer also has a personal email address, please fill it in here. Complete this data in the customer profile in Cubigo before proceeding with the Webshop order. You only need to complete this information once in Cubigo with the first order.
You can now select the customer for whom you are making the purchase; to do so, scroll through the list of names of your customers or use the search function at the top. Next you click on the button [Go to the webshop].
Cubigo will automatically take you to a new window in your web browser for the online Webshop (Orthoshop). At the top of the bar on the right, the name of the customer for whom you are making this order appears. Next, search for and select the desired products and place them in the shopping cart.
If you continue to checkout, the address information of the customer is displayed at the top. Then choose the appropriate shipping, pickup and payment method.
If no email address is shown, you can enter either the customer's personal email address or the residence's email address. This email address will be used to send an order confirmation to the customer.
After accepting the Orthoshop terms and conditions, the order confirmation appears. This is also sent via email.
You can now close the web shop via the cross at the top of the browser. The information about this order can then be found in Cubigo in the Web shop statistics service.
