Transportation | How to sign-up for a group ride

Have a look at the information pages of the Transportation cube to see what type of transportation is offered in your community and the conditions for making a request; for example, a shopping mall, doctor's appointment, or a recurring drive to church.

Begin by clicking or tapping the button [Place request] in the Transportation cube.

First, you need to select the type of ride: Group ride

The calendar with all available group rides will appear. Blue dots indicate that there are rides on this day. Click on the preferrable date and all rides for this day will appear below.  

Select the ride that you are interested in and click on [Choose]. All the details of the ride will be loaded. Click on [Sign me up] to subscribe to the ride.  The ride will appear in your calendar on the day of the event. 

To Cancel the Group ride go to the Transportation cube and click on [Your requests].

Click on [View group rides]:

Select the ride that you want to cancel and click on it.

Here you can change your status to [I'm interested] or [I can't go].

Note: you can also find all group rides in the Activities cube --> activities calendar and subscribe for them in the same way as you subscribe for an activity. Either way, you will find the ride you subscribed for in both your activities calendar and transportation requests.
