- Are all devices powered on?
- Are all devices displaying the home screen of the app/device?
- Visit app: Page with QR code
- Scanner: Homescreen with the face camera
- Printer: “P01” on the screen
If it is not the case:
- Power on the devices
- Click the “back” link or button
If the temperature scans fail:
Check the network cable of the scanner if you see a spinner followed by the error “Network error - couldn’t reach temperature scanner”
Power cycle the temperature scanner and restart the Visit app if the temperature scan freezes on the 3-image screen:
If the badge printing fails
Check that the printer is on the home screen, that labels are installed.
