User Management | Resident's move-in/out

*Please note that if your community utilizes a Point Click Care (PCC) integration, this field will not be editable within Cubigo because this data is managed directly by PCC. 

In the resident's profile, the admin user can enter the date of move-in/out as well as the reason of move out.

Open the resident's profile in the User Management overview and navigate to the Account tab:

In the community section you can set a date of move-in and move-out by clicking on the pencil icon:

You can also indicate a reason for move-out from the drop-down list and leave a note if needed:
