A proposed host can be set for each external role: Prospect, Family, Volunteer, Contact, Care provider, Service provider.
To set a proposal host in the Back-office go to Visit --> Settings.
Open the [Default host(s)] tab:
Click on [Choose] --> [Assign] and in the drop-down list select a user that will be a proposed host for the selected role. Save.
To delete the host, click on [Choose]-->[Clear].
