Please reset/restart your Visit app by following the instruction outlined below. The steps will show you how to log out and reset/restart the Visit app.
1. On the Visit iPad(s), go to your Visit app Welcome page
2. In the top left corner, press on your community logo and keep pressing on the logo for 10 - 20
seconds until a 'Cubigo Visit' message box appears
3. The Cubigo Visit message box will ask 'Are you sure you want to shut down the kiosk?'
4. Select 'Yes' to be taken to the login page
5. On the login page, enter your community credentials into the correct Visit iPad (if your community
has more than one Visit iPad, each iPad will have its own separate and unique credentials)
6. Click on the [Log in] button
7. You should now see the Visit 'Welcome' screen
