As a corporate Admin, you can post news items to all your communities.
NOTE: Corporate news items can only be created by corporate users and are not editable by child communities.
Go to the back office (left panel) Publish and go to News > Items. We display an overview of the different news items that are published in your community.
At the top-right, we display a button [Add article].
By pressing that button we display the page where you can enter the details of this article.
Note: We suggest to limit the number of characters for a news article to 500, for optimal legibility in digital signage.
You start indicating the publication date for an article within a certain category. News items with a publishing date in the future are labeled as ‘Planned’ in the item overview, with the publish date. At the publishing date, the status changes to ‘Published’ and the news item appears at the top in the news thread.
Image and/or file
You can add multiple images to the news article. Either click inside the grey box and select an image file, or drag and drop an image file from your computer into the grey box. You can also upload files to your news item.
If you are not happy with the image you selected you can press a trach can icon button that appears near the image that has been uploaded and add another image.
It is not required to add an image.
The "Title" field is where you can enter a title for the article.

The content is the essence of the news article you are publishing. You can type the text of the article into this box or copy and paste the text you want to publish from another source. There is no formatting of the text possible.
You can add file attachments to the news items, viewable and downloadable by the users. Supported formats: PDF, XLSX and DOCX
Publish to my digital signage
News articles are daily broadcasted. You can select on which screens (select Public, In house or Dining Room) this information is published. 'Public' includes all digital signage channels of the child communities.
