Old locations can be removed from the location overview if it has no future bookings and no residents are assigned. Removed location history remains visible in the grid and user's Visit history page.
To delete the location that is not needed, in the staff back-office menu click on Visits--> Settings. In the Action column click on the [Choose] button in the line of the location that you want to delete and select Delete in the drop-down menu.
You will be asked to confirm your choice. Click on [Yes] and the location will be deleted.
