Yardi | How to add a Yardi code to a resident's profile?

If you have an integration with Yardi, the Yardi code needs to be configured for each resident.

This is done in a batch when you go live.

What should you do when there is a new move-in?

Navigate to User Management and add the new resident.

Open the account after creation and navigate to Profile:

Scroll down to External ID and fill in the Yardi code:
