Admin accounts can access your reports and dashboards directly from the navigation menu. If you want to consult the information about metrics first open the Administrator's overview in the sidebar and then go to Information→ Metrics
Multiple reports side-by-side give a detailed overview of all your services.
You can set a date range that will be shown and export/print the page that you need.
Click on the name of the service to open the tab:
The tab Active Users shows the number of active users that signed in at least once per role per week.
The tabs Active Users By Name and Inactive Users By Name show a list of users with their first name, last name, user role, and email address that signed in/did not sign in during the selected period of time.
The tab Content - Activities Created shows the number of activities created per week.
The tab Content - Activities Occurences shows how many activities were in the community each week.
In the tab Content- Attendance Tracking you can see how many times staff members track attendance of the activities.
The tab Activities Subscription shows how many subscriptions occurred during each week.
The tab Content - News Posted shows how many news items were posted each week.
Tabs Maintenance, Housekeeping, IT support, Transportation, Suggestions, Contact, Table Reservation, Dining, and Visits show the number of requests per service per week and who made these requests (e.g. requests made by residents, requests made by team members).
The tab Resident Absence shows the number of residents' sign-ins and outs per week.
The tab Chats shows a total number of chat messages per user role per week.
The tab News Reactions shows a number of comments on the News items.
The tab Ticket Communication shows a number of ticket messages that were created by staff and residents in the request form:
The tab Summary - Content & Requests shows the amount of content created and the number of requests made for the selected period of time.
The tab Summary - Requests - Self Service Ratio shows the percentage of requests made by residents.
The tab Residents/Staff/Family shows the number of active users per week, their percentage of engagement, and adoption rate.
The tab Residents/Staff/Family (by week) shows the same information as the Residents/Staff/Family tab but per selected week.
The tab Residents/Staff/Family Active shows the trend of weekly active users. Active users are those who logged in at least one time during the selected period of time.
The tab Residents/Staff/Family Engagement shows the change of engagement trend over selected weeks. Engagement is calculated by dividing the number of active users by the number of activated users.
The tab Residents/Staff/Family Adoption shows the change in adoption rates trend over selected weeks. The adoption rate is calculated by dividing the number of activated users by the number of all users created in your community.
The tab Residents/Staff/Family DAU/WAU/MAU shows the number of daily (DAU), weekly (WAU), and monthly (MAU) active users during the selected period.
