The steps

In the activity settings open the dropdown settings [In-house TV/Digital Signage]:

Select the box near Broadcast a YouTube video on the digital signage / an in-house channel at activity start time. 

Choose the channels you want to broadcast to and then insert the youtube link. Remember to Save.

Note: Make sure you insert the Youtube video url only and not a playlist url. To ensure it is the right link follow these steps: Find and open the video you want to schedule. Click the Share button below the video screen. Click the Copy button next to the link. 

When the activity starts the video will play on the in-house channel(s) that you selected.

Scheduled broadcasted activities are marked with a video icon in calendars and lists:

We recommend creating a dedicated in-house TV calendar, if you have a full activity schedule of videos through your in-house Channel.
