FULLCOUNT
The integration with Fullcount allows a single sign-on, one-click resident portal experience to order food, view past orders and consult credit balance.
For this integration, Cubigo synchronizes and matches the residents' accounts in FullCount and provides a two-way identity check by both applications to support a seamless experience for the resident without having to log in twice.

How to initiate a Fullcount integration
To initiate the process, the customer needs to reach out to the FullCount Sales team to complete an agreement (electronic) allowing them to activate the integration and expose their customer/resident data to Cubigo.
Once an agreement is completed and the integration is activated on FullCount's side for the particular community, Cubigo can activate the integration.
FullCount has some other prerequisites, in particular the need for the customer to be on FullCount’s cloud-hosted solution and license the resident-facing applications.
How to create users and portal accounts once the FullCount integration is active
Please be aware the FullCount Back Office application will display an additional message when adding customers/residents:
If you receive a different message when adding customers/residents or have any additional questions around the integration, please reach out to your Fullcount account manager.
Note: there is the requirement to enter an e-mail for new customers (residents and/or employees). Modifications for existing customers will not require an e-mail to be entered. The e-mail is not validated at this time so a ‘filler’ value can be used if the customer does not have an e-mail.
The Resident Portal section will be shown under the Swipe Card ID section in the Customer Information Details page in the Back Office application:
If the residents/customers are only accessing the FullCount Resident Portal through the Cubigo application, a Resident Portal Username will be required. A password is not required unless the resident/customer will be navigating directly to the FullCount Resident Portal application in a browser (i.e. not accessing through Cubigo).
Note: It is recommended to assign an e-mail, however, it is not required at this time.
