How to Fix a Stuck Login Screen
If you are unable to log in and keep seeing the login screen, try the following steps:
On a Computer (Desktop App)
- Look at the top left of your screen. Click on Edit.
- In the menu that appears, click Clear Cache.
- The page will refresh. Enter your login and password again.
On an iPhone or iPad

If your device has a Home button (a round button at the bottom of the screen):
- Press the Home button twice quickly.
- Find the Cubigo App and swipe it up to close it.
- Open the Cubigo App again and log in.

If your device does not have a Home button:
- Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold your finger for a moment.
- You will see a list of open apps.
- Find the Cubigo App and swipe it up to close it.
- Open the Cubigo App again and log in.
On a Web Browser (Google Chrome)
If you are using Google Chrome and have trouble logging in, try this:
- Press and hold Control (Ctrl) + F5 on your keyboard to refresh the page.
- If that doesn't work, do the following:
- Right-click anywhere on the page and choose Inspect.
- A box will open on your screen. Look at the top menu and click the >> symbol.
- Select Application from the menu.
- Click Clear Storage and then Clear Site Data.
- Refresh the page again by pressing Control (Ctrl) + F5.
These steps should help you log in again. If you still have trouble, you may need to ask someone for assistance.
